"The end depends on the beginning... " ~Unknown
Eric was born to a loving single, mother who raised him since the age of 2 years old in the Bronx, NY. His mother worked three jobs to provide for Eric so he could want for nothing. Growing up in the Bronx wasn’t easy but she always kept Eric on the right path. Eric’s intellectual gifts became evident at a very early age which led him to skip kindergarten. He attended elementary school at PS 153's Intelligent and Gifted program. Eric would go on to receive a scholarship offer from Spellman High School, a Catholic HS but instead opted to go to Bronx Leadership Academy, specializing in Law. It was during high school that Eric found his calling of working with young people.
After experimenting with a few different jobs, Eric landed a job in a non-secure detention facility. He worked with NYC’s Division of Youth and Family Justice services for the next ten years in 5 different facilities throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx. Working with youth was very meaningful to Eric as he felt he was leaving an imprint on the next generation. The future of our society is in our hands and it's up to us to mold them, as S.T.R.O.N.G as possible...
Eric joined the STRONG family in October 2017.
Eric is the proud father of a 2 year old daughter.
