Olivia Ildefonso
Interim Treasurer/Member of Board of Directors Olivia Ildefonso is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Earth and Environmental Sciences with a focus in Human Geography at the City University of New York Graduate Center. Her research explores forms of structural racism in the suburbs, with a particular focus on Long Island, NY. Ms. Ildefonso is also a consultant for ERASE Racism, as well as the organization’s former Housing Coordinator and Communications Coordinator. Additionally, Ms. Ildefonso teaches in the Urban Studies Department at Queens College. Ms. Ildefonso holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Brown University where she concentrated in Ethnic Studies. Ms. Ildefonso was born and raised in Bethpage and is passionate about ending racial segregation on Long Island. Olivia joined S.T.R.O.N.G.’s Board in 2014. |
