S.T.R.O.N.G. Talks
Talks is STRONG Youth’s signature community engagement model—where individuals with lived experience, including formerly justice-involved youth and former gang members, share real stories to educate, inspire, and prevent violence.
What began as grassroots conversations has evolved into a powerful tool for awareness and behavior change. Talks create space for honest dialogue about the realities of violence, the consequences of choices, and the possibility of transformation. Delivered in schools and community settings, these sessions connect deeply with youth and families, offering both caution and hope through authentic storytelling.
