University is STRONG Youth’s intervention and reentry program for high school youth and young adults who are justice-involved or at high risk of system involvement. This program meets participants where they are—providing intensive, relationship-driven support focused on stability, accountability, and long-term success.
Through mentorship, case management, workforce development, and behavioral health supports, University helps participants navigate critical transitions, reconnect to education and employment pathways, and build the skills needed to sustain positive change. The program is grounded in the belief that every young person deserves a second chance—and the structure to succeed.
